Best Used Book Sale for December
The Friends are excited about the upcoming December Best Used Book Sale which will take place on Friday, December 5 (3:00-7:00 p.m.) and Saturday, December 6 (10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.) at the Temporary Library.
Featured will be NEW gifts and Holiday books, CDs and DVDs. We also have a number of 2025 Fiction and Non-Fiction books, including many beautiful “Coffee-Table” books about Cooking, Art, History and Contemporary Culture. In addition, we just received a special collection of Craftsman and Bungalow house books for your reference library. And, a large collection of children’s books on the American Revolution; just in time for the United States’ 250th birthday next year. A large collection of jigsaw puzzles are available for those cold winter days ahead.
As always, we’ll have our $1.00 Bargain Boxes, small paperbacks 5/$1.00 and bargain Children’s and Teen books 50 cents-$1.00. And come for SATURDAY’S $5.00 BAG SALE of Bargain Books and Media.
This will be our last Best Used Book Sale for a few months as we fill the empty shelves of our new store in the remodeled Library. The Friends Bookstore is scheduled to open in June, 2026 with a variety of wonderful books and media for sale. Looking forward to seeing you there!
